Our Home Health Aides are certified by the State of Illinois. Their assistance eases the burden on families while ensuring that clients receive attentive, compassionate care. Our Home Health Aides help promote dignity and stability in everyday living.

Work directly under the supervision of an RN and assist with all personal care such as:

  • Personal Care Assistance: Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and maintaining hygiene.
  • Mobility Support: Assist with transfers (bed to chair, sit-to-stand), ambulation, and positioning to prevent pressure injuries.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensure patients take prescribed medications on time.
  • Nutrition Support: Assist with feeding if needed, and encourage hydration.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Observe changes in patient’s condition (skin integrity, mood, appetite, mobility) and report concerns to the nurse or therapist.
  • Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe environment, reduce fall risks, and use proper body mechanics during care.
  • Household Assistance: Perform light housekeeping tasks related to patient care (organizing patient’s area/supplies).
  • Caregiver Support: Educate and assist family members or primary caregivers in safe handling techniques and daily routines.
